I posted this to _side_b, but I some people might see it here and not there(?):

I figured that some of you with subscriptions would like to know as soon as possible that Weiss Side B will not be running in ZeroSum anymore. Instead, it'll move to WARD (published by the same company), which follows a less regular publishing schedule (four times a year! -_-).

WARD is not as well known as ZS, I guess, but it does have some standout titles, such as Tenshichou by Kouga Yun-sensei and Saiyuuki Gaiden by Minekura Kazuya-sensei. I suppose this is because WSB hasn't been so regular lately?

From Moonphase:

  • The official Gintama sites are now online!

    Main Gintama Site
    Sunrise's Gintama Site
    TV Tokyo's Gintama Site

  • Report on the Black Cat Festa. Features seiyuu photos.

  • Main cast for Higurashi has been announced. The main character is voiced by Hoshi Souichirou.

Oh, and I was at my Japanese class again today. This time I have signed up to give a three minute speech to a hall full of Japanese language learners, their teachers and other members. My teacher reckons I can do it...

Ack! ZeroSum was hard enough already to find in stores out here, and now it's moving to an even more obscure (and less often published) magazine? *sigh* Maybe there will be longer segments/more pages to go with the quarterly publishing, at least?

I haven't really had a proper look at WARD yet. I bought it recently to get a look at Tenshichou, but I don't really know much about page numbers in comparison. Perhaps?

Maybe SasugaBooks will start(?) offering subs for WARD.

Ah, thanks for that info. I was wondering why there wasn't any WSB in the last issue of Zero Sum.

Makes me wonder if it's worthwhile to keep the subscription or not...

For what it's worth, there was more WSB in the latest issue. ^_^

That's good, as my subscription still has a month or two left!
