This has not been beta'ed and I'm terrible at telling who says what (which also affects the translation and pronoun usage). So please accept this for what it is -- an extremely quick and rough translation. I thought you might want to see what's up with Chloe. And laugh at his pain.

I see someone else has already explained what 2DK meant. And thanks so much for the translation! I haven't had time for more than a quick skim through the chapter, to squee at the pic of Omi and all the Chloe/Aya goodness.

I'm sure there are some bits that are quite dodgy, so if you read it yourself, you'll be able to understand it a lot better.

For example, you don't have to get a title to get into Parliament. In fact, if you're Evil, I would think it would be better to be elected to the House of Commons, where the leglislation originates... So I'm not quite sure what Cedric or Richard are up to. And since they're not using any of these terms, I'm a bit lost.

Also, the lack of 'tails' for the speech balloons just kills my brain.

I believe Oomine-sensei writes WSB... and she's certainly done her homework in all other areas. So this is perhaps either oversight or mistranslation.

...It probably makes a bit more sense with the pictures, but this is how I always feel when I try to read it. I understand the words, but I have no idea what it means when I try to put it all together. Maybe I'm just too stupid to read Side B, lol.

Ah, well, no-one calls Omi 'Omi' in this issue. But they don't call him 'Mamoru' either. Although, in previous issues, Ken always refers to him as 'Omi'.
