So this is the one that even Koyasu-sama said had "the scent of boy-love" about it? Well. It's shamelessly full of posturing villains and posing bishounen. And everyone speaks with a beautiful, smooth voice. The first warrior we meet is so busy being cool and calm, he isn't even aware of his surroundings. He's THAT cool-headed.
Okay, this sucks. It really really does. But it's the good kind of suck.
Wait, there's more! Koyasu-sama plays an extremely gay warrior with a fluffy fan. When he has his monologue with his young apprentice, you can't help laughing just a bit, because the sexual tension is sky-high. Then theere's a flashback where Koumei combs Rikuson's hair while he rests adoringly at his feet.
Unlike "Bokura no", they don't bother with too much exposition. They just show each character briefly, freeze-frame and slap their names up on the screen! YEAH!
On the sub front, Kyuuketsuki don't seem to be as adept as Triad. Their word choices are a little overblown, but 'm probably nit-picking because they did exactly what I said bugged me in my last post and slapped their name on the titles as if they owned it.
This is just so awesome. I just never said it was GOOD.
