From seiyuu:
  • Yuuki Hiro-san is changing his name from 結城比呂 to 優希比呂. I'm not sure why though. Looking at children's names, I'm under the impression that the new kanji are more in fashion right now, but if you're famous under one name, why change it? Mind you, Yuuki Hiro isn't his real name to begin with anyway.

    From Moonphase:
  • The webpage for the new Gundam series (Gundam 00 [pron: "double-oh"]) is now up. They add that they're showing 15 second ad spots and that, in accordance with the rumours, Kouga Yun-sensei IS the character designer!! I think you should be able to view the ad on the site, but I'm not high-tech enough. Oh well. It's Gundam. Someone will have figured out how to download and torrent it by the end of the week.
  • Ikeda Akihisa-sensei's Rosario to Vampire from Jump will be be animated. Looks good.
  • Kara no Kyoukai: The Garden of Sinners movie site is now open and includes a promo video. It looks so cool!
  • PEACH-PIT's Shugo-chara! will be animated.
  • Rental Magica's official site is now open. Seiyuu include Fukuyama Jun-san and Suwabe Jun'ichi-san (I LIKE the look of his character!).
  • They're making a film about Tamagotchi.

I watched Devil May Cry #1 the other day and it was amazing! No spoilers here, since there's almost nothing you couldn't predict from the games. It's just so, so cool and the animation is just amazing. The "camerawork" and cutting is just what I wanted to see. In terms of execution, I guess it's fairly similar to Advent Children, so if you complained there was no plot and too much fast-paced action, then you might want to skip this. Personally, I loved it!

(Does anyone know how I can take caps from a WMV file?)

I did a search on Google for "koyasu takehito blog translation", but found nothing. So I did my own. My apologies if I'm stepping on anyone's toes, since it would surprise me if no one was translating such a famous seiyuu. But I did check.

Recently, I've been doing a lot of work in the gaming industry. The genres are extremely varied and go from RPGs to dating games for both men and women. However, in deciding to do this kind of work, I've slammed into an enormous wall.
That wall is because it's hard to get the information out about these games. Even if I've had a wonderful time recording it and even if the product is exceptional, if I tell everyone it's going to be around for a long time. Because of this, I was going to have what I was calling an "Lifting of the Ban on Information Day". However, I was waiting until the chosen day, waiting and worrying all the while and suddenly SUPPO---N, I completely forgot about it! Danger! I thought that because of the delays, everyone will already know the details. Freshness zero. Thus, there are unknown numbers of my works out there with not one word from me. This probably includes choice products that I truly wanted to reflect upon. Ah, why does time steal human beings' experiences and memories?
Huh? It's only Koyasu-san's memory that's going, you say?
"You're holding out on us!" That's true. I can't deny it. Yes, in spite of everything~.
    Rules are important too!
It's selfish to act only according to one's own needs. I understand that.
"I want to talk about this (>_<)" on Lifting of the Ban on Information Day, but it's really too much. And so, I'm caught.
Since this Lifting of the Ban on Information Day didn't just apply to games, but to anime and other things as well, be careful. I wanted to talk about that and this, but I can't do that either. I'm se~riously embarrassed.(^^ゞ

Taking a break from the VELVET recording studio right now.
    Ah... I need a beer~!★

I went out for karaoke with kurayamihimitsu and kuroe last night. I think there's some incriminating video of me singing "Kuri Hiroi" in the same style as the original...

And I did some more (origific) writing! I'm actually quite happy with it!
