I got two tickets for Wednesday 8th, row K (although nowhere near the middle). Is that really row eleven? One of them is even an aisle seat!
I hope my schedule is okay for it, since the company is moving me around a lot in the next two months, but I'm sure it'll be easy to get someone to swap a Wednesday for a Sunday if it comes down to that!
Looks like my plan of applying for an undersubscribed day paid off!
I finished reading "The Second Time Around" and I must compliment the pacing and plotting in it. Even if I thought the main character was ridiculous, there were cliffhangers and new revelations at regular intervals.
I did a good lot of writing today (but not necessarily a lot of good writing!). Currently working on that novel ("Pattern Interrupt") and a short story "Tokyo Tengu". That title will change simply because I think the title won't make sense to a lot of people. Also, it's kind of boring.
New icon. Crawford as a ladybird.
I went wandering the other day. I didn't find a sentou (my goal), but I found a shrine that's beautiful and deserted at night, a branch of Tsutaya, two new supermarkets, a baby stag beetle and a white crane.
This new town is full of nature. :)
