Er... My inbox is flooded with comments about Weiss Side B? And comments from older posts too. Sorry if I don't reply to them all. I'm a bit overwhelmed. ^^ Where did everyone come from? Not that I'm complaining, just a little surprised.

If you are interested in the little information I have on the subject, Oomine Shouko-sensei said on the contents page simply, "Thank you very much. It was always my decision to end it."

[Edit: It has come to my attention that I have drunk too much free coffee and my replies are nonsense. Stopping now. My Sun muse is delighted to have found an article on bees in the meantime. 76000 words and counting... we'll get there!]

The typhoon was fairly mild, it turned out. The only problem was the MASSIVE train crowding. I thought I was going to break something on the way into work. I was sandwiched between two businessmen so tightly that my feet didn't touch the floor.

My parents are arriving in just a couple of days! A little bit scared, a lot excited! My mother sent me an e-mail saying 'gomen nasai for not writing sooner'. She'll fit in fine here, haha! (With my recent string of bad luck, I had convinced myself it would culminate in something terrible happening in the UK, so was getting stupidly worried over their inability to answer the phone. Turns out they were busy preparing for the holiday.)

I went to a festival in Musashi-Koyama after work today. It seemed like a really cool place, although the festival wasn't great (no street vendors!). Reminded me of Shimo-Kitazawa, actually, except bigger. Maybe we can all hang out there if it turns out there's an izakaya to rival Talat. :)

Tomorrow is the sanma festival in Meguro, follow by Dungeons and Dragons. Sanma are a kind of fish, although I don't know the name in English. It's a truly excellent country that has an entire festival dedicated to eating a certain fish. :P

I'm kind of strange to see subbed versions of Crisis Core turn out on my flist... because it's been playing for days now on the train with no sound whatsoever! Subs... HUH? :P

A little behind on the Koyasu-sama translating, but here's his entry before last.

27th August 2007 (Monday) // Huh?

The recordings of "Terra e..." (Keith Anian) and "Koutetsu Sankokushi" (Shokatsu Koumei) are now over. In the first half of this year, I performed as Takasugi in "Gintama" and many other serious-types, but in the later half of the year the trend has been for comedian and gag-type characters. I've already started recording for "Myself Yourself", which is a game collaboration, but my character is a total comedian.(^-^)
There are also works that I can't name, but in that and this I'm also a gag character. Yeah, it looks like I'm not getting any serious characters. I certainly don't hate gag characters, but it's difficult to concentrate on them. You use your physical strenth and your own soul like you were young again, but it's difficult to go there. I was Kururu in "Keroro Gunsou" and I think that fits the person I am now. I say this, but the reality is not always there.
And yet, if I want to, I can get it if I really go after it! Hey, I can always make my own awesome characters.(^-^)
Ahh, but but I can't really say what I want aloud "Dear God, please please, allow me to receive a serious role and I thank you with all my heart for listening to my prayer". m(__)m
Variety makes me happy and this is probably a good thing. (^-^)
I'm going to do my best in the latter half of this battle! \(^O^)/

ahhh... is not really a surprise Weiss still has manu followers around the rest of the world, I'm a little sad myself that we wont see much of side B even though there's a lot of questions about the other's past. But hey1 at least we'll have 6 books of side B comparing to the unfinished assassin & white shaman project...

congrats on your family arriving to Japan! I've never been separated from my family (yet) but I guess seeing them again must be really exiting

*lol* Poor Koyasu, I don't think he's really fond of doing comic roles but, i guess work is work, but I hope to see him in serious roles again soon *lol* yaoi serious characters now... that'd be even better... *grin*

Ah....thank you for translating Koyasu's blog as always ^_^. I'm glad Weiss side B has many comments since I love everything related to Koyasu-sama. Well, I do hope he get a serious-type character too coz I prefer him in that manner and I'm very happy he did all the characters that I like...Keith, Koumei and Takasugi.Well , at least I still see him in Baccano as Luck Gandor....really love him in there, his voice is damn cool as a handsome immortal mafia executive XD.
