Gah! I have to say a friend and I were considering going to interview with NOVA, and given what you've written, I'm sorta glad we didn't. I just hope you will get help somehow, as everyone basically buggered by NOVA should, but with about 5000 teachers (as I am reading in the reports)... *shakes head*

One of my friends is in Japan at the moment with NOVA and she's having the same problems, but she managed to get a job privately at another school. Maybe you could look into that?

Oh my god. I just spent a good half hour looking through the links and reading about Nova and I just feel sick. I'm SO sorry that you're having to go through this and I wish there was some advice or encouragement that I could give you. I wish you lots of luck and hope that somehow things will work out. *hugs*
