Actually, that's not true. I finished the first book of Kuroshitsuji and the last DVD of the first season of Ghost Hunters. Loved them both.
Regarding Kuroshitsuji #1, I think it's probably one of the best manga I've ever read. That's why I'm so worried about reading the second volume -- it's surely going to be a letdown.
I wish I could link you to a scanlation or whatever, but they're not out there, although it seems to have a significant fan following despite this. Now, I could probably do a text translation, but I find the fact that so many people are reading it with no problem a little intimidating. They're a lot better at Japanese, see. When I started WSB, there was no one better than me... err... because there wasn't anyone. :)
Ghost Hunters made me nostalgic for my university days. TAPS reminds me so much of all the people I hung out with in university and I would love to recreate that in Japan... our own crazy little group. Staying up late talking about Very Important Things, you know.
...I must be getting old if I want to recreate my uni days!
