Kuromyu / Lau's Song / Shì Shàng Méi Yǒu Néng Zhì Hòu Huǐ De Yào
The original Japanese uses hanzi with katakana, the romanisation uses the katakana reading to reflect how the singer pronounces it so you can sing along (with the exception of the title), while the English translation uses Pinyin. Hope that makes sense.
The title is a Chinese proverb.
Some of kanji have creative readings (onna/hito) and this isn't a mistake on my part. Except when it is. I'm now able to check this song against the CD, but that doesn't mean it's any more accurate.

"Yes My Lord" (Sebastian's Song) is here.

Lau's Song

(Douse kono yo wa)   Hakanai yume   (Kiete shimau wa)   Utakata nara
Nee   gense demo raise demo nandemo   tanoshimasete

Kinou, kyou, asu   toki wa matanai   dato sureba kakete goran yo naze nara

SHII SHAN MEI YOU NAN JII HOU HOI DA YAO   SHII SHAN MEI YOU NAN JII HOU HOI DA YAO   SHII SHAN MEI YOU NAN JII HOU HOI DA YAO
Koukai no kusuri   (Aru naraba   ima sugu ni kawasete)

TON NAN SHAA PEI doko e ikedomo kanarazu shiawasegaru   tabun ne

(Semete hitotsu dake   oshiete hoshii)   Saa ne doushiyou ka
(Oshiete ijiwaru   onegai dakara)   Ja yoku kiite?
(RA RA RA RA RA...)

Inishie yori...   Aa kyoku owacchatta

Lau's Song
"Shì Shàng Méi Yǒu Néng Zhì Hòu Huǐ De Yào" (There's No Medicine For Regret In All The World)

Watching the shifting landscape   Getting drunk on liquor and music When I hear the names of the women I meet   My heart dances
(In any case this world is just)   A fleeting dream   (It'll vanish)   Because it's ephemeral
So hey   Now or in the future or whenever   Let's enjoy life

Yesterday, today, tomorrow   Time won't wait   If you understand this, spend your time well
You never know if you hold the Dragon in Mah-jongg   Or if someone else holds that tile   Because only God understands fate

Shì shàng méi yǒu néng zhì hòu huǐ de yào   Shì shàng méi yǒu néng zhì hòu huǐ de yào   Shì shàng méi yǒu néng zhì hòu huǐ de yào
The remedy for regret (If you see it   buy it immediately)

In the four corners of the world, across dong nan xi bei   it's no crime to seek pleasure wherever you go   I think
These are the teachings of our country   Let us teach you   I forget

(If nothing else   we want to teach you this one thing)   So, what should we do?
(We will teach you   because it's our wish)   Will you listen closely?
(La la la la la...)

From ancient times....   Oh, song's over.
