The Velvet Under World site was updated! They have a summary of the next CD drama, but I don't have time to translate. But they do mention DRY DOES have an electronic eye and Nanatsume is the one with many eyes, which give him clairvoyance ("Seeing"... hence the eyes?) and the ability to appear and reappear at will.
